Removing a Blank Page in Word.
To get started, we find in the top panel of the document, on the "Home" tab, an icon denoted by non-printable characters. This icon is located in the group "Paragraph". We click on it. A lot of dots and icons will immediately appear in the document that are not printed in the document. So you can see in the document extra characters, spaces, which can also be removed.
Now we find on the previous page the inscription “Page break”,
double-click on this inscription - it should be highlighted in black. After
that, press on the keyboard on the "Backspace" button. Ready! The
extra blank page from the document has been removed
Delete a non-blank Word page.
We figured out the blank pages, but how to delete a page in
Word if there is text or any other information on it? Any nonblank page in the
document can be deleted. What must be done for this?
· First you need to place the cursor on the page (anywhere) you want to delete.· Now find the "Find" group on the "Home" tab and click on the arrow that is located next to this word, then find and open the "Go" tab.· In the window that opens, now enter the number of the page that you want to delete and click on the "Go" button. Further, all text present on the page being deleted will be selected.· Now close the window by clicking on the Close button and immediately press the DELETE key located on your keyboard
You're done, the page in Word has been deleted. All the
information present on the deleted page will have to be transferred to the
previous page of the document. So, now you know how to delete page in Word.
