Sign in to the Amazon app and navigate to the three dashes icon.
Go to "Customer Service" and "Contact Us".
Submit your cancellation request through Amazon Live Chat and follow support instructions.

Go to amazon.de/privacy/data-deletion and click "Close my account".

Go to amazon.de/gp/help/customer/contact-us.
Go to Data Disclosure > Close Account and Delete Data.

Step 3: Go out to "Call Us" and then "Customer Support."

Step 1: Sign in to your Amazon account and go to the amazon.de/privacy/data-deletion link.

Step 2: Scroll down, select an application or any reason for deletion, and tick to confirm your wish. Then click on “Close my account”. Your data will be automatically removed after a certain period.

About customer support

Step 1: Login and go to Amazon Customer Support via the link amazon.de/gp/help/customer/contact-us. Click on the lock icon with "Privacy Questions".

Step 2: Click on the “Data Disclosure” topic, then click on “Close Account and Clear Data”. A button with “E-Mail” now appears, which you must press.

Step 3: Enter your name or username in the termination form of the Amazon data protection information and optionally enter a reason for the deletion. Then click on “Send email”.

Step 4: You will now receive an Amazon confirmation email with important information about the removal of your account within about twelve hours. The deletion will only be carried out when you reply to the e-mail.
